A paradigmatic developmental strategy for securing and reskilling populations in rural cities in Armenia which are currently suffering from depopulation and industry transformation. Our strategy formalizes and monetizes a region’s tourism market to encourage historical preservation, reskills heavy industry workers into robust and certifiable artisanal production, and reinforces regional culture by showcasing the intellectual, natural, and architectural qualities of a given region.
